Non-magnetic drill collars are a special type of drill collar primarily used for drilling into special materials such as stainless steel, copper, and aluminum. Unlike ordinary drill collars, non-magnetic drill collars do not require magnetic attraction to hold them in place. Instead, they are made of non-magnetic materials, preventing magnetic stains and damage to the material surface.

When drilling with non-magnetic drill collars, coolant should be sprayed for lubrication and cooling. Simultaneously, the special design and high hardness of the drill bit allow for easier penetration into materials such as stainless steel, copper, and aluminum, resulting in highly efficient drilling.
